About us
A software development partner that fits around your business, not the other way round.
Simply Graytan Solutions PLT is a software development company based in Penang, Malaysia, working with clients locally and overseas. We build custom business software and web applications for clients ranging from small and medium-sized enterprises to multinational corporations, with supporting IT services when a project needs them.
Our approach
Customised, not off-the-shelf.
Every engagement starts from the client's business, not from a fixed product. We take the time to understand the goals behind a request before proposing software, a platform, or an infrastructure change — because the "customised" part of custom software only means something if it's aimed at the right problem.
Our main work is ground-up software development: business systems, workflow automation, and web applications. Alongside that, we offer supporting services in SaaS and IT sourcing and IT ELV work such as network cabling and CCTV.
Who we work with
From multinational corporations to growing SMEs.
Our clients span a range of sectors and sizes. What stays consistent is the way we work: understand the goal, scope honestly, and build to the budget and timeline that's actually in front of us.
Multinational corporations
Integration work and custom tools for larger organisations with existing systems to connect to and work around.
Small & medium enterprises
Right-sized software and websites for businesses that need results without enterprise overhead.
Growing teams
Systems built to be extended — so the software you start with isn't the software you're stuck with in two years.
Our team
Experienced, and hands-on.
“Simply Graytan Solutions PLT is run by an experienced team covering development, design, and IT infrastructure, working directly with clients rather than through layers of account management. The goal on every project is the same one behind the company's name: help clients reach their goals efficiently and profitably.
